How do I save money with Nuhom?
Nuhom gives you 50% of the buyer agent's commission back to you. This is on average $7,500 in savings!
How does Nuhom get paid?
This is simple. Traditional agents give you $0 in savings and keep the full commission. At Nuhom, we get paid when you close on your home, give you 50% of the buyer agent's commission as a rebate, and keep the other half as our fee. For example, if you bought a home for $600,000, and the buyer agent's commission is 2.5%, than you would get back $7,500 in savings. Talk about a housewarming gift!
