It will need some sprucing up but it will be worth it. Each apartment currently has 2 large bedrooms but the second floor apartment has stairs direct from the apartment to the attic- voila instantly 2 more + bedrooms! The siding and many windows have been updated and the slate roof is in good shape. There is a nice private deck off the first floor which has a lovely view of the woods and wild life. This quiet spot has a nice big fenced back yard and a lot of privacy. The 2 car garage is great and there is plenty of parking too.
